Bini's Health Bunny Cookies - Recipe

Ingredients List:
1 Cup - Timothy Pellets 1/2 Cup - Blueberries 1/4 Cup - Whole Oats 1 - Banana 1/2 Cup - Parsley (Fresh) 1-2 Carrots |
Instructions:
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees F. Blend the pellets into a fine powder consistency using a blender Step 2: Chop the parsley by hand or using a chopper Step 3: Peel and grate the carrots into small strips Step 4: Add the oats Step 5: Mash or blend the blueberries Step 6: Peel the banana and add it and the blueberries to the bowl Step 7: Season with a sprinkle of oat hay crumbs Step 8: Mix the dough by folding the banana into the mixture, by smashing it. Slowly add water as needed to create a dough/paste consistency to the mixture. Step 9: After mixing the dough, lay it out on a flat surface and flatten it with a rolling pin. Then transfer the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Form the dough into balls or cookie shape (using cookie cutters). Step 10: Bake at 250 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool completely before serving. |
